This privacy policy explains how ASSEDEL (Association Européenne pour la Défense des Droits et des Libertés — European Association for the Defence of Rights and Liberties), acting as data controller, collects and processes your personal data when you use the assedel.org website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.

We only collect the data that is strictly necessary: the information you provide voluntarily (your name, e-mail address and the content of your message when you contact us or submit an application) and limited technical data required for the operation and security of the site (connection logs). The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use profiling tools.
