ASSEDEL — the European Association for the Defence of Rights and Liberties — is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation committed to the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Europe.
Our mission
We work to make the rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights and by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union a reality for everyone. We carry out advocacy with European institutions, publish analyses and reports, and bring the voice of victims of violations before the competent bodies.
What we do
